Return & Refund Policy

At Zarizaara, we take pride in delivering high-quality apparel and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Exchange Window

  • Exchange or replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Requests received after this period will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Replacement

A replacement will be provided only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • An incorrect item was delivered

Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof (without cuts or edits)

3. Size Exchange

  • If the correct product is delivered but you wish to exchange it for a different size, we are happy to assist.

  • In such cases, the customer will bear return and re-shipping charges of ₹100.

  • Size exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery and must meet all eligibility conditions mentioned above.

4. Non-Eligible Items

Replacement or exchange will not be provided for:

  • Size or color preference issues

  • Slight color variations due to lighting or screen differences

  • Change of mind after purchase

Additionally:

  • Products purchased during sales or discounts

  • Custom-made or altered products

are not eligible for replacement unless received damaged or defective.

5. Replacement Process

To initiate a replacement request:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Share your order details, unboxing video, and clear images of the issue

  • Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
