1. Processing & Dispatch Time

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping partner, delivery timelines are estimated and may vary, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.


2. Shipping Charges & Methods

We currently do not offer flat-rate or free shipping.

Shipping charges, applicable taxes, and customs duties (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order details.


3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Within India: 7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier partner, and external factors.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Zarizaara is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs procedures, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS containing your tracking details.

Please note: After dispatch, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.


5. Incorrect Address or Customs Clearance

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of placing the order. Address changes are not possible once the order has been shipped.

If your package is held due to customs clearance or local regulations, you will need to coordinate directly with the courier service or customs authorities. Zarizaara is not responsible for customs-related delays or resolutions.


6. Missing or Lost Shipments

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the order:

  • Please check with neighbors, security staff, or building management.

  • If the order is still missing, contact the courier partner directly to raise a claim.


7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We request you to inspect your order upon delivery.

8. Transfer of Ownership & Risk

Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier. Zarizaara is not responsible for loss or damage after dispatch.
